Grind rotation: pull with deathgrip (gets refreshed each kill with deathgrip glyph, must have for leveling, along with the +25% deathstrike dmg glyph)
abilities rotation: deathstrike-deathstrike-heartstrike-heartstrike-deathcoil (if needed).

You just slash through everything. If you have 2-3 mobs facing you instead of one, heartstrike hits 2 mobs at a time for pure awesomeness. Have fun being a nuclear bomb grinder.

In raids you'll want a rotation like
icytouch-plaguestrike-heart-heart-deathstrike-deathcoils
deathstrike-heart*4-deathcoils

For grinding, you can just go for diseaseless awesomeness.

Feel free to do so! My chars there: Sealskip, Skippert, Titanskip.
You can always whisper Karibal for invite as well.
And dunno how high your alts are, but you can also make a DK.
Bloodspec, 4k deathstrikes and 3k hearthstrikes @ lvl 75. Easiest leveling ever!

hey(from Otka), most ppl probably dont know me as i am one of the old members who got kicked deli for lack of online time around the the time deli started doing balck temple.
its sad to hear that that its the end of deli as i was there since the start so i will miss the guild, if not for this i was planing to come back to the guild at some point.
skip it was nice reading ur reminder of the good old days, i sure miss them especialy the 40 man raids with hellish being drunk, those sure were our best days. its nice to know that alot of our old friends went back to Stormrage, i might try to join them with my alt that i still have left on that server.

Ok, it's definate. I'm going back to where I came from.
Onto Stormrage to join the Rise of the Gathering.
Leveling a DK+warrior there now (when I can) and transferring either my paladin or my shaman there. Gonna be fun to play with about 20 people I still know from Dawn of the Gathering :

What would you do if you were a Core Unit leader, make an all new document with guildrules, or use the old one that ain't broken anyway!

Rise of the Gathering is basically Core Unit that's moved from Wildhammer to Stormrage. Core Unit came from DOTG, just like Delirium, so that's why the rules don't differ much. Core Unit (thus ROTG) had a lot of people from Greece. I think Rouper's from Greece as well. That can be a reason.

And yes, Delirium didn't have too many DOTG people anymore in the end, so yes it's more "for people from DOTG than Delirium", if you want to put it that way Happy

Anyway, don't care too much if my post has little to no effect, at least I've posted it. If it can stay here, cheers.

Seems mostly for dawn of the gathering people rather then delirium people really, hard to tell right now since their roster page is broken. Perhaps you should post it on dotg forum, if they still have one going, seems better suited there tongue out

Surprised to see rouper there though, didn't realize he had ties with dotg. Guess it's something more suited for him being more casual.

Rise of the Gathering is doing ok. all the old gang is there. Gather up the guys and come you are all welcome. we do 2-3 raids per week . casual stuff. We are @ 4rth boss ulduar 25 etc.

/kiss Ballack. Oh man DOTG. Lets talk about the old times we had! This is the only topic for it.

If I have to chose the best time I had in WoW, it was definately Dawn of the Gathering (the big guild of which Delirium is a splitoff). First we left the Stormrage realm. At those times quite a hardcore server with many sub-top PVE guilds. We left because Stormrage had old server hardware causing big lag and DC's which we could not use on the first BWL boss: Razorgore the Untamed. So we went to the new Wildhammer, with almost the whole guild. When we first set foot in BWL without lag, where we had to do crazy micromanagement on Razorgore: shamans putting down earthbind totems so that warriors could kite the adds in circles etc, where we had to watch out not to heal too much, otherwise you'd take agro off the adds, the times when you really needed -15% agro resto spec for that, the times when hunters had to learn great kiting and a specialized kiting route for the adds, when we all went crazily happymode when we reached phase2, killing time.

Where we had 5-15mins discussions on loot drops because they in fact WERE SPECIAL. The days where I wrote a loot topic on each boss to discuss which class should have priority (would be crazy now). When the 3.4 speed hunterbow finally dropped in BWL, and Hellish was not there, so Groshnar got it. The time that I joined the DOTG management was really special, as if a world opened up for me. Hellish got me in there to be shaman classleader. We had a team of about 6 shamans, all resto ofcourse, because that was the only way to go at the time. Trying to keep everyone happy, performing well and distributing shaman gear... man. When we did Zul Gurub on the last boss with Narmelor entertaining us on TS with his copyright warnings "poison poison poison!" and the times he almost had a heartattack on Chromaggus to do all the management on teamspeak for tank switching, placement, dispelling etc. It feels like this all happened much longer ago than it really did.

Technically, the game has improved so much compared to that time, but it will never feel as special anymore.
